The Old Imperial Inn is a historical building, built in the late 1800s when gold prospectors came to Venterskroon in search of gold.

Meals are prepared for you in our open-plan kitchen using only the best and seasonally available ingredients. Dining is generally at a single table with one or both of the hosts. The cooking has global influences but firmly represents the Lodge's South African farm heritage. Our menus are generally set but with some variety to suit differing tastes.
